We suggest that your ceiling height should be about 13-20ft, the blade edge should be at least 6ft away from walls, the room should be more than 20ft in length and width.

NOTICE: In summer mode, the fan rotates counterclockwise (if you feel there's no wind, it's probably in the wrong direction), so if you're standing directly under the fan, the fan should rotate right-up-left-down-right

NOTICE: The DC motor fan may takes about 5 seconds to wake up, so there may be reaction delay, random rotation and so on during 1-5 seconds

NOTICE: The ceiling fan can only be mounted with our own downrod, downrod length is 12 inches with purchase

NOTICE: The DC motor can only work properly after the blades are installed (with load), so we recommend that you also install the blades during the installation test
