There are certain steps You need to take in order to ensure satisfying experience and to protect Yourself.Upon receiving your order, please be sure to open, inspect, & report any damages within two (2) business days for ground shipment such are USPS, FedEx Gr/Home Delivery or UPS Parcel and one (1) business day for all freight shipments.If Your order shipped via freight please inspect and preferably open ALL boxes with shipping company's driver present and make notes on a delivery receipt.If there is visible damage to a box, You do need to open it and make sure contents are damage free, in case of a problem you must report damages on the delivery receipt. Simply write "Items arrived damaged" and contact us ASAP. If You are unable to inspect or shipping company driver won't let you open the boxes, please write on the delivery receipt "Not inspected, Possible damages". This will enable us to file a claim and get You a replacement or a refund ASAP. If shipment is accepted signed for and no "Items arrived damaged" or "Not inspected" marks are noted on the receipt, we will not be able to file a claim and You will have to pay for the replacement since insurance company assumes items were delivered intact.
RETURN POLICIES:
Returns must be properly packaged, never installed, in new resalable condition, and in original packaging with all materials, manuals, install instructions, etc. Return shipping must be pre-paid by customer, and returns are subject to inspection for damage or use before refunds are issued. Damaged or used items will not be credited or returned to customer. Restocking fees may apply based on condition of your return. The order must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date.
