Used moen Nebia. Had in my shower about 8 months. Works fine. Does have two cosmetic flaws shown in the pictures. Scratch on top of head and Scratch on top on the hand held sprayer. There is also one of the optional shower arm lengths gone. “ H2”Used in my shower but should not be an issue installing in any other shower.

Will also need new 3m tape to mount. Two parts. It has the tape on it but it’s used so it won’t stick anymore.
Has original box with instructions.
